Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Access is granted only after the backend verifies a completed payment or an authorised manual enrolment. Refunds are governed by the refund policy and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Respectful use
Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy protected course content, upload malicious files, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be suspended where needed to protect learners, content, or the platform.
Intellectual property
The website, course structure, text, recordings, worksheets, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Mystic Souls. No ownership transfers when you purchase access.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the academy available and may make reasonable updates to lessons, features, or infrastructure. If a material change removes the core value of a purchased course, contact support so we can provide a fair remedy.
